I went into town today to do some clothes shopping. I mentioned in Monday's post that my brother had taken my best ties with him to London. With a wedding to go to tomorrow, I bought a tie and a couple of shirts. I don't really need the shirts, but the tie has to match! Close to where I parked was a bike that really stood out.
On the way back it was still there, so I had to take a few shots and share what I saw. In post processing I increased the clarity and contrast, and made the darks darker and the lights lighter to really bring out the gold tones.
I'm deliberating about which camera to bring tomorrow. The compact Canon S90 is excellent (today's shot was taken with it), but you can't beat a D-SLR. I don't think I want to lug one around though at a wedding I want to enjoy, so I'm erring towards the S90...

Sweet ride! Hard to miss that in traffic, looks like you could capture great shots with the S90. If it would encourage more use at the event it makes sense to take what you will be more inclined to use.
great shot the bike Mr T would ride. I think the S90 is an amazing camera and I think almost as capable as the DSLR for from the hip shots. It is also a lower profile.
aaaaamazing!(:
Take the S90 - you'll enjoy yourself more!
