Two pairs of pears

A quick update tonight. Looking around for something to shoot, I headed to the kitchen and took a few shots. I gravitated towards the fruit basket.

It's four pears, in case you can't tell. In post-processing I increased the clarity and contrast and converted it to monochrome.

I've brought my camera to work a few times, but have yet to use it. My last job was a lot less intense towards the end, which was really handy for this project as I used to go out on my lunch breaks and take photos. The intention is there to do likewise more recently - like today - but I don't have the time to even stop for lunch. Every day I end up eating at my desk!
