Sewed this background for the milkweed quilt. I'm not sure if I like it . . . might be too busy for the flowers. Read 24 chapters of "Crash" by Jerry Spinelli while lying on the couch (they're short chapters). Took a nap. Went out to dinner with my friend Amanda (pad Thai with shrimp and chicken followed by coconut ice cream). Lovely end to a good day.
