My second graders are working on a rainforest projects. The kids are supposed to work on dioramas at home with their families, but most of my students aren't able to do that so I always help them make life-sized drawings of their animals. They are always delighted to see how big the animals are in "real life." This is the 2-foot long piranha eating a frog. Coloring the bloody teeth was his favorite part!
