Drove down to Fredericksburg to fill out some paperwork for Nick. He let me motor around looking for wildflowers in exchange for dinner. There were two different kinds of wild azaleas in this part of the woods. I've never seen a wild one with one white petal like this one. I think it is the pinxterbloom azalea, but I can't find any pictures that show this coloration.
