We maybe watch too much "Fixer Upper" . . . today my son texted me these two pictures of our new "forever home," which "we" are going to fix up -- I wish I could replicate the infinitely long text in which he waxed poetically about the potential of the neighborhood. He was sure the Propery Brothers would want to take it on. Looking it up when he got home, he discovered that it has a "gourmet dining room," plus 1 bedroom and 1 bath (there are 5 of us). It is sold "as is" and you can't view it before you buy. Here's the best part . . . it's $1,075,000. I think the green sticker on the front window (crime scene? meth lab? crack house?) and the port-o-johns in the backyard are especially attractive features.
