on the urban garden tour today

There was a disagreement over which of these were the better choice for today — some kind of phacelia (fringed? lacy?) on the left; wild larkspur on the right. The phacelia was in an little urban wildflower meadow; the larkspur was in my high school best friend’s garden. I’ve never seen either of these flowers, or my friend’s garden, before.
Glad you posted both of them. They are both beautiful. An urban wildflower meadow sounds intriguing. Fav.

@eudora It was a small, but mighty meadow, at the edge of a tiny yard, wedged between a garage and a small potting shed/reading room (that had a really fun metal glider for napping). I think it was my favorite garden. On the opposite side they had tomatoes and a blueberry bush.
