My friend Shelley made this during an appliqué class I taught maybe 11 or 12 years ago. She finally finished it this past fall and asked me to quilt it for her. She hated appliqué so much she couldn’t bear to look at it any longer — haha! Still needs buttons and binding but it’s almost there.
