. . . at Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge, known in our family as “the park no one likes” maybe because there are too many butterflies (two-thirds of my kids are afraid of them) and not enough other wildlife. It’s very close to our house though so we end up there about once a month for a quick walk in the woods.
