This was our favorite part of the “Making Knowing” exhibit [seconded by the “Giant BLT” made of vinyl stuffed with kapok by Claes Oldenburg (which he actually had his then-wife sew together — what the heck?!)]. This is “Kitchen” made entirely with beads, plaster, wood, and found objects by Liza Lou. You could have stared at it for hours, except that it was blazing hot in there.
