I find some stupidly expensive and hard to get food that I now can’t live without. Excellent on salmon. And in salad dressing. Trying it next in some sort of baked good.
Before. Then I bake it. I put it in a salad with arugula, celery, cucumbers, green onions, and blueberries with candied walnuts and make a dressing with the lemon paste, honey, rice wine vinegar, brown mustard, and olive oil. That’s my lunch two or three times a week. I was eating it more often until Nick said I was going to get mercury poisoning. Geez. You try to do something healthy and then it comes back to bite you.
@wiesnerbeth ha ha! Thank you! Mine will be delivered tomorrow. I already picked up some frozen salmon at the grocery. Plus a beautiful little asparagus bunch and a wild rice mix - just in time for the first Friday of Lent. Can't wait to try it! That salad sounds awesome. Guess I'll have to go on the hunt for more ingredients now. I probably have most of that stuff at home, but I'm back in KY.
