Something different with the Christmas cake this year, instead of one big cake I've gone for six small ones after finding a silicone cake mould today while I was out shopping with my sister & cousin. We were killing time while my poor darling Mum was at the dentist having the last of her teeth out :(
Anyway, I was all enthused, came home & got cracking on the Christmas cooking & this is the results so far!
