Yep...it was my birthday today & what an amazing time it was!! The day started with breakfast in bed & presents from my family (the only downside - my daughter is still in Europe) then catching up with my sister & having her kids sing happy birthday to me. After that it was catching up with my mother-in-law for morning tea & then lunch with Mum & hubby. I came home to bake a cake as we were expecting my father-in-law for dinner along with my brother-in-law & sister-in-law who had just flown in from out of state! The surprise was that my dear friends Sharon & Tina had organised to buy dinner & bring it over, so the day finished with scotch, then a bottle of bubbly, then Indian food, then more scotch & chocolate cake!!!
Thank you my darling family & friends for being there to share my special day & also to everyone else who sent me well wishes. I had a fantastic day.
