I managed to rope my daughter in to help on this one & had a bit of fun running around in my wedding dress (it sure doesn't fit like it did almost 30 years ago)...thanks @rockinrobyn for starting this challenge, I hope to have another go at it.

@kietosbilder yes long exposure, a click of the shutter button, run in, stay for a while, run out, all the while my daughter sat there nice & still for me.
