You are in definite danger of becoming "That Grasshopper Lady". But you are already crowned The Queen of Macro. Love this shot. The detail of the texture of its coving and antennae and the detritus of the leaf bite mark. May I ask you a few technical questions. Is this the full capture or a crop?(I'll guess crop.) Did you use a tripod?(I'll guess yes.) And a flash? (If yes, what make and model? I'm looking into them) Thanks, in advance, if you can take time to answer me. Lovely work.

@sarahlth thank you Sarah, these grasshoppers seem to really love the mandarin tree but I haven't spotted them on any other plants.
