I wonder if this is a moth.

No, it is not a moth, it’s a Tasman lacewing, and I have been told that you can actually buy them eat the aphids of things like tomato crops.

No idea what kind of insect, but I can see resemblance to a moth. Love your capture of the details. My iphone says it is a micromus, a type of lacewing.
