I have no idea where this boxcar was headed, but I thought in honor of the recently departed Davey Jones of "The Monkeys" I would use their song title for my pic

@marna @ruthmouch @cindyrez I think the blue was actually a messy job lubricating parts,or they sprsy painted the parts that needed lubricating or a compo of both. The red is on the latches probably as a reminder to make sure they are in the correct position. @fueast @swrws Thanks everyone!
