American Dream

The clouds behind this modern train reminded me of the steam from an old fashioned locomotive. I thought it made a nice symbol of the rail road's heritage. My attempt at creating an icon. Best viewed larger.

The train looks blind as iff the front windows are all steamed up! Its only a look, I'm sure they can see! Its a good composition for this train!

@calm @cglist @jillmstruss @maggiemae Thanks everyone. I have tracks near my house but traveled all over the place and ended up at the same line much farther away. When the Rail Road gates closed I jumped out of my car and positioned myself to get a good shot.

I love train shots. The coloring is so unusual but it works quite nicely with the textures and cloudscape. Another great photo.
