A New Mexican restaurant opened on May 3 in an up-coming neighborhood here in Cincy. We thought we were so clever to go check it out a couple days later until we realized it was Cinco de Mayo. After being told there was a 2-1/2 hour wait we walked down the street to another place. I loved all the balloons and festivities. We'll have to check it out another time.
