Another trip with a guide, this time to the west of the island - it took us 2 hours to get to the west first but at least this time we were travelling alone.
First we went to see the most instagramable temple and shocked our guide when we didn't want to wait another 1,5h to get the fake mirror photo at the heaven's gate, then we continued to a coffee plantation and tried some flavoured coffees and teas there (I really liked coffee with ginseng! it is also where I saw the poor luwacs captured), the water temple on the photo was next (it was really cool to walk on the stones in the water), lunch in a tourist friendly restaurant and in the end the mother temple where we were assigned a personal guide that showed us a hindu ceremony (that was top secret for only 4eur per person xD).
We were dead in the end (exhausted by the heat as well) and I slept in the car on the way home.
We tried some exotic fruit back at our hotel (mango that was surprisingly sour, dragon fruit that was reall bland and mangosteen that was quite exciting)
