Doc Fest Lunenburg Day Two by Weezilou

Doc Fest Lunenburg Day Two

There's little to photograph at a movie festival. This is about the sum of what I got! I'd rather share some of what we saw today, and suggest that, as photographers, you might most enjoy seeing a clip about Sabastiao Salgado, a remarkable world-wide photographer. "Little Thunder", the last clip/a short, only takes about a minute but has awesome art work! I've added links for today's movies below:

http://channel.louisiana.dk/video/sebasti%C3%A3o-salgado-photographing-pristine 'Meeting Sabastiao Salgado' (This interview & photos shows well what a portion of the movie covered)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ISrEur6rTU Climate Change in Atlantic Canada (Very thought provoking and excellent, but surpassed, to my way of thinking, by "Revolution" which aired the following Day with a more global view.)

http://www.whitepinepictures.com/all-titles/fight-like-soldiers-die-like-children/ Fight Like Soldiers Die Like Children (A wrenching film, not in imagery, as there was nothing sensationalistic, but that there are people who would kidnap and turn children into deadly weapons...)

(Two other excellent shorts don't seem to be available on the Internet in any form that I could find)
Awesome collage
