Marylebone Passage

As I turned off the main drag of Oxford Street, found this almost Dickensian alley snaking off.

Day off and I headed into town for more shopping. Still hot and muggy. Bras from Bravissimo, travel essentials from Boots, a linen cardi, tee shirt and tunic dress from Muji. And, the main purpose of the trip, ordering a new mirrorless camera - a Sony A6000, the nearest thing to my old Sony Nex.

After a bite in Ole & Steen, came home and finished watching The Looming Tower. Now what to watch?

3 good things
1. New silver lace-ups from Ecco were fine and comfortable all afternoon walking around town.
2. Played melodeon this morning before heading out.
3. Halloumi and grilled aubergine in pittas for supper while watching Picard.

That’s a great find! I love the old lettering, and the open windows.

Great alleyway. When we visited my son who worked in regent street, he took us to a pub in one such alley. I remember it as there was blood-curdling sounds playing in the toilets.
