Anyone else having trouble with picmonkey? I edited a picture and it started to save it but was taking so long I left the room. I came back a good half hour later and it was still hung up.
Soo, I got out of the browser, went back in and edited the picture again and am now trying to save it again but it isn't saving. Grrr.
I've had other troubles with picmonkey, too. It gets frustrating!
Is that picmonkey from here or online? I was having the same issue using picasa and whatever online editing program they use. The connection was never made.
The issue I have been having is once I have loaded, editied and safed a picture, I have to completley shut down picmonkey and reopen it before I can begin another upload.

pickmonkey is online but 365 Project also offers it to Ace members. I don't usually use it through 365 but I just go the the picmonkey website. It seems to hiccup a lot.
Nah no problem.. I'm also on Chrome and my comp is pretty fast.
Check that the size isn't too big in image settings. Click the setting tab at the top of the open image and select Jack or Bubbles.
I have zero problems with picmonkey, which is really nice, but also kinda a surprise 'cause usually things like that are pretty slow on my computer....like picnik was. :)
Last week I had a picmonkey issue that was specific to 365 - I could edit and save a photo to my computer, but if I tried to edit and save a photo to 365 (i.e., one that I had already loaded), it would never finish the save. That was frustrating. But, within 12 hours, the problem stopped.
No problems with Picmonkey, and no problems with iPiccy or BeFunky. I have seen similar discussions where it was suggested the browser could be at fault. Some were using Internet Explorer and others Firefox. It seemed that the Internet Explorer browser was at issue- but that might not be true for you. Every time I've had to use Google Chrome they've wanted extra personal information from me. So I will not use them. I use Firefox.
I was editing a session last night and got through two photos in an hour. Only one of them would save. I just gave up. I thought it was just my computer. Hopefully, they will get it all worked out!
I have had no problems with PicMonkey, I use Firefox browser and edit very large images, even when it warns me it might be slow because of the size I have had it work fine. Maybe it is a browser issue?
I go back & forth between ipccy & picmonkey.
They both freeze up and lock up on me often.
Lately I've used Ipiccy more I think it freezes less often for me.

@shirljess
I have that problem, too, Shirley.
I never had these problems with picnik. I miss it.
Kylie, Iv'e never heard of ipiccy. I'll have to check into that.
i just go direct http://www.picmonkey.com/# i am actually finding it quicker than Picnik ....
Steve, I don't go through the 365 link either. I have the problem when I go straight to the picmonkey website.

Pickmonkey doesn't always hang up. It is only some of the times. I guess I'll just have to deal with it.
