I recently won the abstract-mundane rock challenge and am hosting the abstract-mundane challenge for cup/mug. Unfortunately, I will not be able to finish hosting. Last Friday, I was diagnosed with acute leukemia and treatments will start Tuesday or Wednesday. I will be in the hospital for initial treatment for a while. Not sure at this point how long so I don't know how long I will be away from posting and commenting. This makes me very sad because it was my first win and I love being a part of this community.
I would really appreciate the help. All I need is for someone to pick out the finalist and handle the voting. If someone would be willing to help me out, please let me know.

You will be in my thoughts and prayers Ann! Since you've already received an offer from Annie (and she's super!), you're all set there. Please keep us posted when you can. There have been quite a few people who have been through illnesses on this site and it's been a privilege for us to cheer them on- so now we can do the same for you. Also on a personal note, an acquaintance we knew a few years back was diagnosed with leukemia, went through the treatments and is living successfully post-chemo etc. So have faith- it will not be easy but we will all be sending our love and support your way.
Ann, such a shock to get this news! I have prayed for you and your family, for healing, grace, mercy, and the peace that passes all understanding. We will all be looking forward to your return!

Thank you everyone for your support. I really appreciate your prayers and positive thoughts. It has been a shock. Last Tuesday, I had a dr appoint. then went to the gym and ran 3.1 miles. It's strange how everything can change so quickly.
