Third Time's a Charm?

January 1st, 2017
Whew, well... back again. Not that many probably remember but what the heck. Just reaching out and hoping to connect as the community is most of what kept me going as long as I did in previous years!

A while back I did a fun selfie project but I totally burned out as it became more and more difficult to come up with new ideas. I was spending more time editing pics than anything, so that sucked the fun out of it for me.

We have recently had a major upheaval (I won't get into it, plans for a move overseas falling through and starting over from scratch in France, which is a good thing, don't get me wrong! You can find a link to the whole story in my profile)... anyway, we moved in September but I'm weird and always feel the need to start projects on Jan 1. So, I will be documenting my day to day life during our new start in France. Starting now, staying in a holiday cottage until the spring, after which... who knows! :)

Hoping to reconnect with a lot of old friends on here and make some new ones!

No photo yet, but it's only 7am, so plenty of time. Omg, I'm already procrastinating. Uh oh...

Happy New Year, everyone!

@annied Thanks! We have already made the move to France, with just what we can fit in our car, staying in a holiday rental until the spring. We'll move into something more permanent in May / June. Then the real fun will begin! :P

@kjarn Thanks! Not that we've really been out of touch, of course :P You'll have to prod me if I seem to be losing steam!

@gigiflower Thanks! *FollowBack*

I have just read your Summary of Things, wow, you have been through the mill over the last couple of years but I can think of nothing better than the prospect of settling in France, my favourite destination. I shall enjoy following your exploits as you settle in.
