Looking for easy collage app

Years ago I learned of an easy collage app from someone here. As with so many things I have forgotten just what that was. Does anyone have a favorite, easy way to do this?

ribbet.com has basic shape collages, i use it all the time. ipiccy.com has fancy shaped collages aside from the basic ones.

I use Ribbet too, so easy even I can use it!!!!!!!!!!!!! It 'a very basic program for the free version-with few choices compared to if you 'upgrade' but it's adequate.

Picmonkey has a very easy one that you can tweak for size and combination/numbers.

I use one I got for free called pic collage. Works great on my iPad and has options to buy sticker packs or backgrounds. Every collage in my album was used with it

Hi Cathy! I did my heart collage with http://www.photility.com/PictureMedley/ it was a while back now but it might still work? If I'm doing a simple collage the one on Picasa works for me :)
