It's the Bicentennary of the birth of Charles Dickens this year. Purely for fun I've posted a couple of images that combine my enjoyment of playing with words along with the title of a Dickens novel.
Anyone fancy a challenge? Choose a Dicken's novel and then create an image to represent the title. It doesn't have to be humourous - it can just illustrate the title.
After a week (by midday11th October) I'll get my neighbour, who used to be a National Geographic photo-journalist, to select the top five for a vote.

The Mudfog Papers. Mud + Fog + Papers...
Not really a novel but it was written by Charles Dickens. Does that count? Don't worry, this was photocopies lol.
How do I say this? Straight up, I suppose...
The National Geographic photo-journalist selected 'blind' from all the 10 images in this thread and came up with his 1st place: "Oliver a Twist", 2nd place: "Grape Expectations" (embarrassingly, both mine) and 3rd place: "David Hopperfield" (@harley84). Oh well, it will probably be the only time I'll get a first and second in this world but it wasn't intended!
@julieco So much fun...... thanks for thinking of the challenge.....my father idea would have never surfaced otherwise. It became an amazing gift to my siblings.....
This was just a patch put together.....but I couldn't get the caption out of my head........

The Old Curiosity Shop.
Nothing sparks my curiosity like this old Persian Antiques market. These artistic peices are incredible!

My photo, which wasn't really an entry, is indeed Wuthering Heights according to some.
