Thanks to all who voted for my entry in tag challenge 83. I am surprised and thrilled that it came in a winner. Let's not waste anytime and start the fun all over again with tag-challenge- 84.
Here's how it works:
Go to the "Browse" section and then select the "By Tag" link. Close your eyes and randomly click on a tag. Do it again (and no peeking)! These two tags will become your photo assignment. You will then use your two randomly chosen tags as an inspiration to create one picture that encompasses both tags. Please CLEARLY state your two tags when you post your entries, as this will let me know what your assignment was. You may submit more than one entry.
For this challenge, if you chose a set of words that you feel it would be impossible to do anything with, rather than skip the challenge all together, you may opt for the host’s tag words of “Child"and “Macro” (selected randomly as above).
Start of challenge: Tuesday, October 8th, 2013
End of challenge: Thursday, October 17rd, 2013
Voting starts: Friday, 18th October, 2013
Voting ends: Sunday, 20th October, 2013
NOTE - Photos must be taken within the challenge time frame to be considered for a vote.
The number of finalists will be chosen depending on number of entries. The winner will host challenge #85.

@neuner123 Emily, that pic was taken in September, so not eligible to be entered into this competition. See the note in the original post that the pic must be taken in the challenge dates. Maybe you can go retake it or look for a fresh perspective? Sorry about that.
Everyone seems to be getting easy tags this time. Not very challenging at all IMO. I'm thinking maybe we should change up a little and add a third tag? :-p Lol. Just kidding.
@mzzhope you will get used to selfies honest, just think, most of us willnever see you in reality and those who do know you in person have seen you looking a lot worse than what you would post on here, lol. that is how I rationalise it anyway :) it will be a treat for us
@kali66 Very well said, Kali! That's my rationalization as well. Also, selfies are a godsend if you are trying a new technique and need to practice. Who is more patient with you than yourself? Lol. And you don't need to beg, bribe anybody, model is always available.
@mzzhope Judging from your profile pic, you are beautiful. If you are still not comfortable, do a low-key to start with, but that might be hard to do with your other tag. Looking forward to your image.
@steampowered Paul, just googled 'black Christmas' and found out there is a movie with that name. Seems like perfect tags for the October spookiness. Or else, how does child and macro sounds to you? You can use host's tags without sitting out.
@gijo1610 Joanne, it made me smile too. Perfect for the tags as well, however, as it was taken a couple of days before the challenge started, it does not count. Can you redo this photo or anything else for red and animal please? Sorry about that.
I was nervous about the field part of selfie because we are having downpours and thunderstorms for the next few days. Right after I got my tags I ran out of the house for my one chance at a dry selfie shoot! I got two I liked.
Wow, @misterkitty Amber, these are simply amazing! Love both, especially the first one. It's like you are waiting for the rain to fall. Love the eyes and the pose in the second one. You are beautiful. Thanks for playing with these great entries.
Wow after seeing @misterkitty I am embarrassed to post...be kind because it is my first selfie!The focus was not what I would have liked...but the softness only helps to hide the age...so that may be a good thing.lol.

@mzzhope You did great!! Selfies are really hard to do! I took about 50 and got two I could use--and I had to crop out my arm because it had a remote in it. :) Keep doing them, it's kind of addicting because it is so challenging.
@mzzhope I agree with Amber. Selfies are difficult. I took nearly 60 photos in order to get these 16. Not all are selfies, obviously.
