I'm sitting here ar Barnes & Noble, waiting for my husband to get off work, so that we can make the commute home. I suddenly realize that it is time to make this post.
It is hard to believe, but the new year is truly just a week away. With that comes time to nominate words for January.
Thank you to all that have participated in the "December '15 word list" word challenge.
As always, it could not be easier…
Simply nominate your word to this forum post and it may be included. You can nominate as many words as you like and if you see a word you like, just add it again... (The more times a word is mentioned, the greater the chance it will be used). I will then count up the number of times that a word has been added and the top 31 will be our list for the Jan16words.
Please make your suggestions for “January '16 Word List” between now (12/24) and 12 p.m. Wednesday, December 30th, for them to be included. As always, if you have a word that you would like to see on a particular day, please nominate the day as well, for example: Trivial 4th (for Trivia Day) or Bubble 25th (for Bubble Wrap Day).

There are seven bonus words for November and these will be; Birthday, Anniversary, Capricorn, Aquarius (star signs), Garnet (birthstone) and Carnation and Snowdrop (birth flower), so you do not need to suggest those.

@fotoblah I'll put some thought into it. Maybe "broken resolution" could be counted as a word...kind of like door knob or step stool. 2 words, but both are needed to create a specific noun. Or, maybe just broken, to be interpreted by the photographer.
