As I was driving to my Greek lesson this morning, I saw one poppy in the midst of a vast sea of margarite daisies. I knew that as soon as I got home that I wanted to try to get a photo of it for today. I tromped out into the middle of the pasture, with grass and daisies up to my waist and took the photo.
I know y'all may be tired of me and my poppies, but no worries, pretty soon they will be gone.
@maggiemae Thank you so much! It's amazing what one begins to notice when taking photographs.
@Weezilou Thank you! I agree. Last year, this field was full of "field beans", a variation of black-eyed peas, now grass and flowers.
@gaylewood Thank you, as always, for your lovely comment!
@dkbarnett Thank you very much! I do also. The light was hitting them just right.
@365projectorgjenfurj Thank you very much! We are in agreement!
