Looking for that extra close shot!

Fortunately the Tyranosaurus Rex is only an animation rather than the real thing, or the young lady with the camera might feel rather vulnerable!.

This is another of the life size animatronic dinosaurs around Leeds city centre. This one can be found in the Trinity Leeds shopping centre.

Tyranosaurus Rex was one of the biggest and most dangerous meat eating dinosaurs of the Jurassic period. It was a 12 metre long 7 tonne kiling machine with 50 huge teath, each one over 30cm long, and the most powerful bite force of any animal in history - definitely an animal to avoid!
