So very symbolic and a great depiction of that symbolism.. absolutely gorgeous textures, in all 3 blooms but especially the divine one on the right..
throughout your whole month of Tulips i gained in inspiration and knowledge, thank you for sharing your fabulous work..
@louschmoo Thanks,, Louise...This was set up on a tray table next to a window, so natural light and I was looking straight down. Pretty close, you can check the exif...then used Picasa for post - used sharpen and HDRish features. That's as sophisticated as my post skills are to date. Hope that's helpful. (And I'm flattered that you asked.)
@granagringa Thanks for explaining: I really like the way you have captured all the fine details whilst at the same time it has an almost chalk-like texture (does that make sense?!) I'm not familiar with Picasa as I don't do any editing apart from cropping and sometimes tweaking colours so maybe it's something I need to investigate soon :-) Thanks again!
@louschmoo I think I'm only a baby-step ahead of you as far as post-processing goes. Not sure if Picasa is sill available as it was a Google supported program and they have replaced it with Google photos which isn't nearly as good. I haven't explored PicMonkey yet, but they might have similar editing tools
Congrats for doing 31 shots - well done!
