A real feature of this historic area of the town...I hope they never make way for grey glass boxes!!!!
Sympathies with all our house bound friends in the snowy USA.
Three good things:
1. Lunch out today with friends.
2. Lots of nice left overs in the fridge to eat up.

What's the feeling locally - is it just those of us who have left who are nostalgic about it?! Can't believe the indoor markets are in the firing line as well though.
@judithg Not had any feed back really Judith...should really get the Lancs Evening Post to keep up, had no idea the market is threatened too......the heart of Preston town centre!!

What a fabulous line up of iconic, red phone boxes! Love it! Do they still work? Seems like pay phones are going the way of the dinosaur around here with everyone using cell phones.
