Jim our B&B guest from Norfolk has been staying for a few days. He comes twice a year & it was good to see him looking well./ He lives on his own so loves a bit of company & Lily loves him.
Three good things:
1. I have filled in my survey from the Million Woman Study.
2. Supper out with our neighbours at the Italian Restaurant in the village.
3. HD+ to record the deciding race in this years Americas Cup....glad in a way that I will miss it live, I can hardly cope with the tension. If the USA win it will be the biggest come back in history & personally I think they will do it!!! I want NZ to win for obvious reasons.
What a super homely feel to this capture, Pat ,.Jim obviously looks very comfortable and at home with you . Obviously Jim & Lily are in clover in one another's company .!! Pat, you must be a very lovely & caring b&b owner to bring a ray of happiness to people like Jim
Nice image.. I am sitting here with the TV on waiting for the start of 'The Race" it is nerve racking.. lets hope the Kiwi's can pull one out the the bag and show them that the little guys can do it well to..
@julzmaioro I'm gutted for you Julie...so disappointing after being ahead for so long....that last one is always hard to get! Not so good when you did actually beat them but got run out of time!
I'm sure your home will be like a home from home to Jim! He must look forward to it every year. I've got America's Cup Blues now! Life must have more to it than a yacht race! Anyway, we couldn't afford to set up the Defence. Our PM keeps giving tons of money away to other countries!

I have a feeling that staying at your B&B is something that Jim looks forward to with great anticipation. And it would appear that Lily looks forward to Jim's visit with equal anticipation. Such sweet shot.
Nice shot, love your hutch in the background. Wasn't that some come back by the USA in America's Cup. we had to wait to watch it too but wow. I can't imagine going 40 knots in a sailboat!
