A filler today as I forgot my camera & also left my iPhone at home too.
Pretty good deal at M&S sometimes if you fancy an easy meal. Harry's & I have taken up this offer a few times although not recently.
I must say a big thank you for all kind wishes & comments on my photos of the last couple of days while I have been in rest mode.
My neck is improving daily & although still sore it is on the mend.
Three good things:
1. I have been and done Cathy's ironing this afternoon.
2. Willow, Cathy's cat is enjoying her being at home with the fire on, appreciating the company!
3. Location, Location on TV tonight, I love that programme!
Sounds a good offer so I might grab my basket and join the queue, the only problem is I live a lone and this would a great opportunity to over eat yet again.
@judithg Well we do make do when we're on our own don't we Judith? I spend ages preparing meals for the freezer for Harry if I go away. I tell him to get what he wants out of the freezer at lunchtime. But he doesn't do anything till the last minute then gets the frying pan out! When he was I hospital last year I discovered I was as bad & just ate anything to fill me up!
That's $NZ22.20 and a very good choice for a meal! Especially with wine! We can pay $10 for one glass of wine here! $9 is normal. Ironing would be difficult for Cathy - you are a good sister!

Great candid! We always look at the meal deals but only buy it when the wine on offer is not a Chardonnay - my pet hate! So.pleased your neck is being a bit better! Keep resting it until it's ok.
Great concentration on what to buy! Glad you're feeling better Pat. I'm not a foodie I eat because I'm hungry but, like you, would be happy with a pill. Went to see a lovely nutritionist yesterday who gave me a lot of very sound advice. Resulted in me calling in to the Wholefood Market on the way home. Spent a fortune on not very much. I just love these stores but they are quite expensive. Have you got one in your area?
@thistle No we haven't as far as I know Joyce but will check. I know the food you put in your body is massivly important & Harry & I do try to eat healthy with moderation in everything. You will have much to motivate the way you eat at the moment & I do believe you can help your recovery in all forms of cancer treatment by eating healthy.
