I was feeling very unproductive & lazy this afternoon so at the last minute decided to make some biscuits, the tin had been empty for ages.
Scraped together the ingredients, used all the syrup in the tin so they did turn out sloppier than usual , more biscuity than sometimes but still good.
@beryl It’s the only sweet thing I make in the confectionary line Beryl. Harry & I don’t really eat cake unless it’s a bought Choux pastry thing for a treat. These are a great staple in a tin.
