fantastic plastic tops

After all the missed opportunities of yesterday, and the unseen opportunities of today, I thought it was time for a bit of editing fun. So I took one quick snap of my collection of milk bottle tops destined to raise money for some charity or other, and got processing. For, as @tristansmum reminded me yesterday, tomorrow is always another day.
Fabulous processing, very Andy Warhol.

How to make an everyday object interesting & colourful.

A fun idea with a colourful result, well done! Scarlett O'Hara would approve.

@onewing @paulavdmerwe @gaylewood @kerosene thank you for indulging me with my fun processing! I seem to be mimicking a lot of artists inadvertently, nowadays.

@paulmann @tristansmum @flowerfairyann there is always a way to make things interesting! Thank you for your comments. Stephanie - I confess, I don't get the Scarlett O'Hara reference!

@helenhall Scarlett O'Hara is the heroine of Margaret Mitchell's novel, "Gone with the Wind", set in the American south during the Civil War. If I remember correctly, her husband Rhett Butler (I guess her name by this point is Scarlett Butler) leaves her (with good reason), and her last words, and I think the last words of the novel, are "I'll think of a way to get him back. After all, tomorrow is another day!" (not sure I have the words quite right). I quoted this to convey the idea that in photography, one can always take more and perhaps better pictures tomorrow--certainly not in any context to do with a husband leaving!
