On the edge

Back to the heron. This is the one my son chose.

I so enjoy taking these that I thought I would share another with you. After all, the route to and from work is dull at either end of the day and I am not getting out at lunch times.

So I need to take a little break - Ill keep going until my 365th post on Friday and then I really need to divert attention to other matters - hopefully just for a short while. before starting out on year 2.

I like all the different textures of the water, the log and the feathers. The detail is really nice. It all makes for a great photo. Fav!

Another super heron - one of my favourite birds. They take one look at me and fly off - I've never got very close.

Will miss you on 365 - your photos are amazing to look at and enjoy your narrative that goes with them. When you look through them, they will bring back lots of memories of the moment. Hope we will see you back again in the near future.
