004 - I couldn't sleep last night, so I did some experimentation with my new camera. I was curious about the colour and brightness that I could achieve at night, and wasn't too worried about camera shake, so I didn't bother with a tripod. The pictures were not to be kept, and most will be deleted, but I was amazed how well this image came out - hand held 2 second exposure! The view is from the front door of my house

it certainly is - I suspect that I will be doing a lot of experimenting through this project. Some of the results might even be worth posting!
