005 - Well I promised you steam trains! - this is the first one of the year that I've seen in York, and the station controllers made life difficult by bringing it into platform 11, where the view is very restricted. It spent over half an hour here while it took on water (you can see the yellow reflection on the firebox of the road tanker bringing the water). It's always a challenge to get an unobstructed photo of steam at York station, with large numbers of enthusiasts and photographers milling around and getting in each others way
