Thank you, Lord, for our close-up look at this beautiful predator.
Mike and I witnessed this red-tailed hawk eating a rabbit that it had apparently just snatched from the roadside field. As we approached, the red-tail awkwardly flew up to this branch where we could get some less gory pictures.
Thank you all for your wonderful comments on my recent pictures. They are so appreciated. I am pressed for time lately and unable to comment much, but I look forward to getting back in the swing very soon!
