Sitting on the porch with morning coffee, Mike and I talked about taking the camera to the fireworks display that night. A Google search on technique refreshed my memory as it had been years since I last captured fireworks. ISO 100, F11, bulb mode (exposed for the entire burst), focus set at infinity, tripod, cable release...it all came back to me, and we decided to give it a try. What fun!
I praise you, Lord, for the huge amount of fun Mike and I had photographing fireworks!
Thanks to all for their views, comments, and favs! Every single one is so appreciated! Things are quite busy around here with planning our daughter's wedding...only 6 more weeks until the big day! I'm trying my best to keep up with 365...just want you to know how grateful I am for your interest in my project. :)
what a wonderful burst of colour. I hope you are able to enjoy all the preparation for your daughter's wedding - I have no doubt that you would be very good at it and have every detail perfectly arranged.
