I love the tightly-wrapped buds of my 4 O'clocks with their graceful curves and gentle folds — nectar and pollen hidden for now. Once open, nocturnal moths and other insects come to dine, attracted by the flowers' sweet scent.

I praise you, Lord, for fragrant night-blooming flowers.
