I went to the funeral of an amazing woman today. She was the sort of person you would bump into (most recently at the supermarket) and spend the next hour smiling about. Her family did an amazing tribute to her and the church was heaving. My friend Tara made a long trip for the event and we walked from church to wake via St John’s. I sent her ahead over the Bridge of Sighs....
An appropriate bridge on which to catch your friend as you both feel the loss of your friend. My condolences on your loss. May she still bring you many smiles.
