There is no nesting in our nest box sadly but the robins are back and forth to the feeders. I took the chance to observe them from the hammock before it got too freezing. More seeds have been planted in the greenhouse (a bit late but the frosts have put me off), Nigel has mowed the lawn and fired up the shredder and I’ve contemplated weeding!
Weather: lovely but I wish the wind would change direction.
Covid: UK situation currently good still but harrowing news from elsewhere in the world - India and Brazil in a terrible state.
Good thing: Impromptu garden socialising with old friends. Also - blankets. And socks.
Love the word contemplating...I do lots if that too! I was in the village tonight & the amount of people sitting in the cold eating & drinking made me shiver....I suppose if you’re with friends you put up with it. I shall wait until we can go inside!
