At Phil Howcroft's suggestion I tried sepia (faded out a bit). A different effect but I like it.

WOW Judith, I'm impressed with the sepia result...looks fabulous ...the fading out makes it look like an old photo that's been stored in a shoe box for 80+ years !!! ....thanks for the mention...I bet you can't redo that beach shot that quick ...lol..bobbing down or lying down

I love the sepia, it does make the brick stand out much more. I prefer this one.
