Fishing Off Beavertail by kannafoot

Fishing Off Beavertail

I decided to visit Beavertail in Jamestown today for a shot of the Lighthouse at the Point. Scrambling down onto the rocks for a photo, though, I spotted a bunch of folks fishing against the incoming tide. The lighthouse will be there another day, but this shot certainly wouldn't. I was there for about 1/2 hour, but didn't see anyone catch anything. Judging by the rate of the incoming tide, I'd say they were rapidly running out of time.

Post processing was all in Topaz Adjust. I applied a simple pop filter to start. From there I adjusted the adaptive exposure, contrast, and adaptive saturation sliders. In PSE, I cropped the image using the golden ratio (1:1.618) simply because the elements in the image fit the ratio perfectly.
Awesome shot love it!!
