I stopped by the Barrington River Bridge for another shot using my 16-35mm. As luck would have it, there was a small fishing boat tied up at the end of the boat ramp while the owner prepared the transport trailer for loading. The sun was hitting the boat and a nice angle, highlighting the golden stains near the waterline, and the calm water made a great reflection. What has really piqued my curiosity, though, is the odd curve of the telephone pole in the background. That pole doesn't look to healthy! It does, however, add some nice balance to the scene.
Post processing started with a brilliant warm filter in Topaz Adjust. From there I adjusted the adaptive exposure, contrast, protect highlights, and adaptive saturation sliders. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
