It was another extremely long day at work that consisted of one 9-hour conference call. On my way home from work I was able to grab this photo of a sailor in one of the rental boats at India Point Park. The guy clearly knew what he was doing as he maneuvered this boat at a pretty good clip through a makeshift slalom course of moored boats. The oversize freighter in the background is evidence of the Port of Providence gradually overtaking the entire shoreline surrounding this tiny recreational oasis.
Post processing started with a brilliant cold filter in Topaz Adjust. I then adjusted adaptive exposure, regions, and contrast. A levels adjustment and a warming filter were added in PSE.
