I decided to visit Haines Park in Barrington at lunch to see what photo opportunities might present themselves. Walking near the shore, I spotted these two rowboats hidden in the reeds, and appearing to nestle intimately against each other. Given the background and the lighting, I thought it would make an interesting composition. What first caught my eye, though, was the image of these two boats huddled in the reeds looking like a couple caught in a compromising position. Yes, my sense of humor really is that warped.
Post processing started with a brilliant warm filter in Topaz Adjust. I then adjusted adaptive exposure and contrast. A very slight levels adjustment was added in PSE.
